Removing dust and light fingerprints

Use a dry microfibre cloth. Static reaction on the surface will attract dust and therefore we recommend that you always use a microfibre cloth when cleaning.

Remove makeup stains

Use a microfibre cloth, moistened with soap or a liquid detergent, preferably diluted with water. Wipe your YOSMO dry and stain-free with a dry and dust-free microfibre cloth.

Warning

Do not use acetone, trichlorethylene, ammonia or other caustic cleaning agents. Avoid alcohol to prevent discoloration of the surface. Avoid abrasives, solvents, cleaning powders, creams, steel wool or raw dishwashing.

Use

Even though it has a scratch-resistant finish, we recommend not to drag any products over the surface. Sharp objects can damage the acrylic just as it can damage any other material, for example leather. Do not place a hot blow dryer or hair straightener directly on the acrylic box but place a cloth over it or allow it to cool down first.

All our items are shipped to you from our fulfillment center in the Netherlands. We offer free shipping on orders over €30 within the Netherlands and to Belgium. Worlwide shipping is free with orders over €150.
You do not need to add a code for this. Free shipping is applied at checkout.

Return Conditions

We hope you love your YOSMO items as much as we do. If for any reason you wish to return any or all of the items in your order, you have fourteen (14) days after the order has been delivered to do so. We will be happy to issue a refund if the return conditions (listed below) are met. If the 14 days after receipt of your package have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange an item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned unused, undamaged and in its original packaging, which must remain sealed and therefore unopened including tags, manual and stickers.

We need an order number to complete your return shipment. First send us an email with the reason for return: info@yosmo.net.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not caused by our fault
  • Due to hygiene and safety, mouth masks cannot be exchanged or returned
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

What are the costs for the return?

Arrange a return shipment with a carrier of your choice. Our apologies - you will have to pay for the return shipping costs yourself, which will not be refunded by YOSMO.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited back to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account first.
Please contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially displayed.
Then you contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is displayed.
If you've done all of this and you still haven't received a refund, please contact customer service using the contact form.

Items that cannot be returned (if applicable)

There are a number of items for which we request that you do not return them for hygienic reasons.

  • Articles from the silk collection
  • Towels
  • Health products and make up
  • Facemasks

Exchange (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you want to exchange it for the same article, please send an email via the contact form and send your article to: YOSMO Returns: Prof. Meijerslaan 119, 2285HE The Netherlands.
