Return Policy

We use a 14 day return policy. If the 14 days after receipt of your package have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange an item. You can return your items within 14 days.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you have received it. It must also be in the original packaging including cards, instructions and stickers.

To complete your return, we need an invoice or proof of purchase. First send us an email with the reason of return: via the contact form.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

- Any item that is not in the original state is damaged or missing parts for reasons not caused by our error

- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and automatically refunded to the original payment method within a certain period of time.

Late or missing reimbursements (if applicable)

If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account. Please contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially displayed in your account. Then you contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is displayed. If you have done all this and you still have not received a refund, please contact us via the contact form.

Items that cannot be returned (if applicable)

There are a number of articles where we ask you not to return these for hygienic reasons.

  • Towels
  • Health products and make-up

Exchange (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you want to exchange it for the same item, please send an email via the contact form and send your item to:
