In addition, a regular towel will damage your hair. Your hair is extra fragile when wet, and let's face it we all love the idea of an old T-shirt. But how often do you forget and never have a spare.

All our items are shipped to you from our fulfillment center in the Netherlands. We offer free shipping on orders over €150 worldwide. You do not need to add a code for this. Free shipping is applied at checkout.

The delivery times shown below are an estimate only and exclude 1-2 business days of processing time before the order ships. Please be aware that there may be delays.

In connection with COVID-19 measures, please take into account a possible delay of approximately 5 working days when receiving your order. We appreciate your patience and do everything we can to deliver your order to you safely, adhering to government guidelines.

Delivery time

Depending on your local shipping company delivery may take between 4-9 business days. 

*YOSMO only ships on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following business day.

Return Conditions

We hope you love your YOSMO items as much as we do. If for any reason you wish to return any or all of the items in your order, you have fourteen (14) days after the order has been delivered to do so. We will be happy to issue a refund if the return conditions (listed below) are met. If the 14 days after receipt of your package have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange an item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned unused, undamaged and in its original packaging, which must remain sealed and therefore unopened including tags, manual and stickers.

We need an order number to complete your return shipment. First send us an email with the reason for return: info@yosmo.net.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not caused by our fault
  • Due to hygiene and safety, mouth masks cannot be exchanged or returned
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

What are the costs for the return?

Arrange a return shipment with a carrier of your choice. Our apologies - you will have to pay for the return shipping costs yourself, which will not be refunded by YOSMO.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited back to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account first.
Please contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially displayed.
Then you contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is displayed.
If you've done all of this and you still haven't received a refund, please contact customer service using the contact form.

Items that cannot be returned (if applicable)

There are a number of items for which we request that you do not return them for hygienic reasons.

  • Articles from the silk collection
  • Towels
  • Health products and make up
  • Facemasks

Exchange (if applicable)

Heel tevreden over de service. Pakketje werd de volgende dag verstuurd, dus ik had het pakketje 2 dagen later thuis. De producten waren allemaal goed en mooi ingepakt. Ik ben heel tevreden over de haarhanddoek, werkt super! Ook is het echt een mooie (in vergelijking met bijv. van de Etos / Hema etc)

Fijne handdoek!

Goede handdoek met een goede prijs. De handdoek neemt het vocht goed op en is erg zacht voor het haar. Ik heb het idee dat mijn haar hierdoor veel minder beschadigd wordt.
