Your order will be processed immediately as soon as the payment has been approved.

To guarantee a fast and smooth shipment of your beloved beauty products, YOSMO has a partnership with a full filment center in the Netherlands. These help us to pack and ship your order as quickly as possible.

FREE Worldwide shipping on orders over €150!!! You do not need to add a code for this. Free shipping is applied at checkout.

Delivery time

Depending on your local shipping company delivery may take between 4-9 business days. Please keep in mind that since the new Covid-19 restrictions delay is now more common then what we were used to. 

Return Conditions

We have a 14 day return policy. If the 14 days after receipt of your package have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange an item. You can return your items within 14 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging including cards, manual and stickers.

To complete your return shipment, we need an invoice or proof of purchase. First send us an email with reason for return: contact form.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not caused by our error
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

What are the costs for the return?

We charge a fee for returning your items. This amount will be deducted from your return payment. After communicating via email with us we will inform you about the amount of the fee.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Once approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited back to the original payment method within a specified time.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account first.
Please contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially displayed.
Then you contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is displayed.
If you've done all of this and you still haven't received a refund, please contact customer service using the contact form

Items that cannot be returned (if applicable)

There are a number of items for which we request that you do not return them for hygienic reasons.
